Pilates is an amazing way to improve posture, build strength and flexibility whilst toning and balancing your body. It is a series of mat based exercises focusing on engaging the mind, body and breath in flowing movements. The Pilates method is based on the principles of control, precision, centring, concentration, breath and flow. Experiencing Pilates with others is a motivating and energising way to establish and maintain a healthy routine.
From a small private group class in the comfort of your own home with friends, with family in the park or a larger group in your workplace - this can be arranged upon request. It’s a great way to encourage a healthy, productive and bonding environment. If you are seated the majority of the day Pilates will be great to work on your posture and stretching to release tension. I teach all levels from beginners, intermediates to advanced and mixed level sessions.

Terms and conditions
Sessions can be booked at a location of your choice (Blue Pilates' studio in East London (E8), your home, workplace or other London based studios) and must be within zone 1 or 2 of Central London. Sessions are 60 minutes and expire after 6 months. Blue Pilates holds a 24 hour cancellation policy - the full session fee will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving at least 24 hours advance notice. For cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the session we can reschedule to another day.
